Rental Property Management

Cartref Properties provides peace of mind rental property management for investor owned properties.

Marketing and Sales

• Advertise, show and sell tenants the property 

• Communicate with potential tenants

Tenant placement

• Credit, Employment and Landlord reference checks

• Complete move in/move out inspection process

• Assisting tenants co-ordinating moves with Strata Corporation

Financial

• Collection of rent/security/pet deposits

• Monthly finacial statement and distributions to owners

• Annual rental market evaluation identifying an oppourtunity for a rent increase

Repairs and Maintenance

• Identify repairs needed during inspections and upon move out

• Communicating with tenants and contactors, organize repairs as required

Governance/ Education

• Enforce Residential Tenancy Act requirements, including administering rent increases 

• Inform owners of changes in legislation or bylaws affecting their property

• Informing tenants of legislation or bylaws affecting the unit they rent

Other Services Available

• Inspection Services inspections of rental units during a tenancy

• Provide access when required by Strata Corporations

• Attend Strata Corporation General Meetings

• CRT Helper services assisting owners with preparing CRT claims

We do not manage short term or furnished rentals.
